Born in Reno, NV, Loren Jahn attended Mt. Rose Elementary and Reno High School. While at Reno High Mr. Jahn created one of his first murals in, what was at the time, the school art room. In addition to the mural and the State Seal at the Washoe County Courthouse you can see examples of his work at Bartley Ranch Park, the Veteran's Hospital, Huffaker Elementary School, the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City and the RTC Centennial Plaza in Sparks.
