If the court has ordered, you to submit to drug and/or alcohol tests your supervising officer will discuss testing locations and frequency with you.

If you are under electronic monitoring, you must notify the monitoring agency if you change your contact information.

Out of the Area Testing

If you live out of the area, you will be responsible for finding a testing facility in your area and for the cost of the tests. Make sure that:

  • Tests are observed.
  • Your supervising officer approves the testing facility.
  • Results are sent to your supervising officer.
  • Appropriate tests will be completed - discuss with your supervising officer on what type of test you will need.
