Copy requests may take up to 5 business days and will be emailed to you.
All criminal fines and fees paid will be processed and applied to the case on the next business day.
Payments made online will have a processing fee. The fee is retained by the processing company, not the Second Judicial District Court.
Paying online for a case that has gone to warrant will not prevent you from being arrested.
Please have the case number and the name of the defendant/party available for accurate processing of the online payment.

Phone payments can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling AllPaid at (888) 604-7888. The representative will ask for the "PLC". The PLC for Second Judicial District Court is a004gz

By Mail
Payments made by mail will need to be in the form of law firm check, cashier's check or money order.
Personal checks will not be accepted.
If you wish to have a receipt mailed to you, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with payment.
Please include the case number and name of the defendant/party on the payment.
Drop Box
The drop box is located in the lobby of 1 S. Sierra Street and is labeled Second Judicial District Court.
Payments made to the drop box will need to be in the form of law firm check, cashier’s check or money order.
The Second Judicial District Court does not recommend leaving cash in the drop box.
Please include the case number and name of the defendant on the payment.
If you wish to have a receipt or copies mailed to you, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with payment.
Search Tips
"Website Search" returns all documents and pages on this site relating to your search term. You may use more than one search term.
Examples: "Department One" or "Divorce with Children".
Do not use quotes in your search.
"Quick Case Search" returns cases that match the Case Number, and/or Case Caption, that you provide.
Partial and multiple values are acceptaple.
Example: Case Number = "CV" AND Case Caption = "Smith"

Contact your supervising officer prior to a missed check-in or test to reschedule.
Relay any changes in your contact information as soon as possible. Reminders are dependent upon having correct contact information.
If you are planning on going into a treatment program or detox, you will need to advise your supervising officer prior to entry into the program. You will need to fill out a Release of Information so your supervising officer can confirm your compliance with the program. Your supervising officer will provide you with the form. An additional Release of Information that is specific to the program you enter may be necessary. Please be sure to include your pretrial officer on that form.

If you are set up to receive text or email reminders, you can click on the meeting link that is sent you.
Make sure your environment is quiet to minimize distractions.
Dress properly – dress as if it is a face to face meeting.
For your privacy, make sure your aware of your surroundings.
Do not drive while reporting on Zoom.
Abstain from drinking alcohol or using drugs while checking in via Zoom.
Video and audio will need to be on during your Zoom check in. When connecting to the audio, you will need to select WIFI or cellular data to connect.
Text or call your supervising officer if you are having technical difficulties. They can assist you in getting connected.
