Signing up for New Accounts

Please note: Electronic filing is mandatory for all cases. Administrative Order 2018-12

Free Standard eFlex Account

Sign up for free to start a case, file into a case, or view your case documents.

  1. Complete the Standard User Agreement and submit both pages to the court, either by email, mail, or in person. Note: You must sign with an ink pen. Digital signatures are not accepted. If you are unable to print the User Agreement, printed copies are available for free at the courthouse.
    • Email a PDF version of your completed User Agreement to eflexsupport@washoecourts.us (Picture file types (JPEG, GIF, TIF, etc) will not be accepted)
    • Or Mail your User Agreement to:

      75 Court Street
      Reno, NV 89501
  2. Create an eFlex username and password by visiting the eFlex site and clicking the "Request an Account" button.

***You must complete both steps above. You will not be approved for an eFlex account if you only complete one of the two required steps.***

What Happens Next?

Once the court receives your user agreement, the turnaround time is up to 3 business days for eFlex account approval.

For immediate account approval, bring your User Agreement to:
