Paid eFlex Subscription Account

Sign up for a global case view to gain access to all public documents in all public cases (not just your case, or the cases you are the attorney of record).

A Subscription eFlex Account is $300.00 per year (not eligible for Fee Waiver).

1. Step 1. Complete the Subscription User Agreement, include a $300.00 business check, cashier’s check, or money order payable to Second Judicial District Court, and mail it to:

   Note: You must sign with an ink pen. Digital signatures are not accepted. If you are unable to print the User Agreement, printed copies are available for free at the courthouse.
2. Step 2. Create an eFlex username and password by visiting the eFlex site and clicking the "Request an Account" button.

***You must complete both steps above. You will not be approved for an eFlex account if you only complete one of the two required steps.***

What Happens Next?

Upon receipt of your user agreement, the turnaround time is up to 3 business days for eFlex account approval.

For immediate account approval, bring your User Agreement and payment to:
