Renewal - Standard eFlex Account

Renew for free to start a case, file into a case, or view your case documents.

Complete the Standard User Agreement and submit both pages to the court, either electronically, or by email, mail, or in person.

Note: You must sign with an ink pen. Digital signatures are not accepted. If you are unable to print the User Agreement, printed copies are available for free at the courthouse.

• Electronically file your User Agreement in eFlex (if your account is not yet expired) by following these steps:
  1. Save both pages of your signed User Agreement as a PDF.
  2. Sign in to your eFlex account; click "Existing Cases."
  3. In the search bar type ‘RENEW-2026B’ and click eFile.
  4. Select Document Category: Others
  5. Select Document Type: $Efile Subscription Fee and upload your User Agreement.
  6. Select ‘No Fee Required’ at the payment screen and include a note in the ‘Special Filing Instructions for the Clerk’ box by typing, “Renewal of Standard Account. No fee required” and submit the filing.

What Happens Next?

Once the court receives your user agreement, the turnaround time is up to 3 business days for eFlex account renewal.

As of January 31, 2024, once the Standard Account is renewed, it will no longer expire. It is your responsibility to keep your eFlex account information current, so you continue to receive all eFlex notifications.
