Standard Account (Free)


  • No fee per transaction at this time
  • Only access to cases in which a person is an active party or an attorney of record
  • Electronic Service

***YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL THREE STEPS***

Step 1. Complete Standard User Agreement


Step 2. Submit the Agreement to the Court

OR

  • Send or deliver the completed agreement to:
    Second Judicial District Court
    Filing Office
    75 Court Street
    Reno, NV 89501

Step 3. Request an Account


What Happens Next?

  • Upon receipt of your user agreement, activate your account. The turnaround time (after we receive your agreement) is up to 3 business days for the account to be created.
  • After your account has been created, log in and use the 'E-Filing User Guide' to begin filing.
  • If you have a new eFlex account and feel that you would benefit from an online training, please click here to see our available appointments.

Subscription Account


  • $300.00 fee per year - unlimited transactions
  • Global Case View: access to all public documents on all public cases
  • Electronic Service
  • Fee not waivable by Judges

Step 1. Complete Subscription User Agreement


Step 2. Submit the Agreement to the Court

  • For Subscription User Agreements, send or deliver the completed agreement to:
    Second Judicial District Court
    Filing Office
    75 Court Street
    Reno, NV 89501

  • Please include a $300.00 business check, cashier's check, or money order payable to the Second Judicial District Court along with the user agreement.

Step 3. Request an Account
