The Resource Center is operated by the Second Judicial District Court - Family Division and is not affiliated with any other private or public law office/clinic or legal forms entity. The packets and forms available from this website may be used for individual application but are not to be used or copied for monetary gain or entrepreneurial purposes. 

All Resource Center packets and forms are available for downloading from this website, free of charge. You may obtain packets at the Resource Center or Law Library in person, as well. Some examples of packets and forms we have available include, but are not limited to:
