Biography
Kaili Lane is the Jury and Interpreter Services Manager, a position she has held since 2015. Ms. Lane coordinates all criminal and civil jury trials for the District Court and limited jurisdiction courts. In this capacity, Ms. Lane is responsible for summoning, managing, and scheduling all jurors who appear for service in the Second Judicial District Court. She also facilitates the language access services for the District Court.
Ms. Lane specializes in jury system management and improvements and innovations to jury system processes. In addition, she works in partnership with local certified and registered court interpreters to ensure patrons with limited English proficiency are provided meaningful and professional interpretation services.
Ms. Lane is a proud alumnus of the University of Nevada, Reno. She holds a master’s degree in Justice Management and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Accounting. Ms. Lane is also a 2016 graduate of the Reno Citizens Institute.
She is a member of the Nevada Association of Court Executives, National Association of Court Managers, and a member of Jury Education Management Forum. She enjoys running, camping, and attending athletic events with her family and friends.
