PR25-00147 (Kathleen Laxalt Family Trust): • Counsel is to work together to coordinate a date/time for Trustee Ms. Smeland to be permitted onto the property. • Ms. Burris is to provide access to Ms. Smeland of all areas of the home at a reasonable time, for up to four (4) hours, within thirty (30) days; Ms. Burris is free to supervise this. • Ms. Smeland is permitted to take photographs and videos of all areas of the home. • Ms. Smeland permitted to open boxes/take photos of the contents of the boxes for the purpose of inventorying potential Trust assets. • The Storage Company (including unit #) shall permit Trustee Ms. Smeland access to the storage unit(s). Ms. Burris is welcome to be present during this time. COURT FURTHER ORDERED: In-person Status Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Courtroom “A”, 75 Court St., Reno *The Parties are encouraged to conduct discovery.
